How much does a Johnnie’s NY Pizzeria franchise cost? Can I own and operate more than one Johnnie’s NY Pizzeria restaurant?
The franchise fee for your first and second location is $30,000 per location. The franchisee fee for the third location and any after that is $17,500. We encourage our franchisees to strive to become multiple-unit operators.
What type of costs will I be expected to pay after the Franchise Fee?
The franchisee is responsible for all of the build-out costs including, but not limited to: architectural renovation of the location, equipment and smallwares, professional fees and travel to training location facility and inventory. The costs associated with each location will vary.
What is the franchise royalty fee? Advertising fee?
The franchise royalty fee is 6% of gross sales or $400 per week, whichever is greater. The current advertising fee is 1% of the gross sales.
What type of Training can I expect to receive?
All new owners will receive 40 hours of in-store training and 40 hours of classroom training. The classroom training will take place in Scottsdale, AZ at the Kahala Corp headquarters and covers topics such as food safety, inventory management, labor laws and crew member motivation. Each training class also includes an opportunity for new owners to become ServSafe certified.
