How do I get the process started to become a Johnnie's New York Pizzeria owner?

What type of costs will I be expected to pay after the Franchise Fee?
The franchisee is responsible for all of the build-out costs including, but not limited to: architectural renovation of the location, equipment and smallwares, professional fees and travel to training location facility and inventory. The costs associated with each location will vary.
What is the franchise royalty fee? Advertising fee?
The franchise royalty fee is 6% of gross sales or $400 per week, whichever is greater for traditional locations. The current advertising fee is up to 4% of the gross sales, please see the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for full details.
What type of Training can I expect to receive?
All new owners will receive 40 hours of classroom training. The classroom training will take place in Scottsdale, AZ at Kahala headquarters and covers topics such as food safety, inventory management, labor laws and crew member motivation. Each training class also includes an opportunity for new owners to become ServSafe certified. New owners will also receive in-store training. More detailed training information is available in the Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD").
